Wedbush Securities is seeking a Program Manager in our Jersey City, NJ office with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills, to manage cross functional programs and help ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage Program and Project set up and budget allocations
- Track spend and burn rates for Programs and Projects, and ensure financial risks and opportunities are identified
- Work closely with Agile Release Trains to create Program level reporting that provide transparency on progress, planned versus actual task execution, risks and issues, and overall health
- Assist with the definition of processes and procedures where needed to implement consistent practices across the organization
- Provide backup support to IT Financial Analyst which includes invoice processing and monthly reporting
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science or related subject
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Program Manager
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to change
- Expertise with MS office products, specifically Excel and Power Point
- Agile / JIRA experience would be ideal but not required
- Finance experience would be ideal but not required
